The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has launched its Fruit & Vegetable Market project, known as Naimat Nagar, in collaboration with the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA). This new sabzi mandi Lahore initiative offers a variety of plot sizes for business purposes, including shops and commission agent spaces.
Spanning 300 acres in Lahore’s Kala Khatai area, this state-of-the-art vegetable and fruit market will feature world-class infrastructure and serve as a hub for exports. Designed for seamless accessibility, the market will have entry points from all sides, allowing trucks and vehicles direct access from GT Road Gujranwala and the Lahore-Sialkot Motorway.
A cold storage facility will also be established to preserve vegetables that are often in short supply, such as tomatoes and onions, ensuring their consistent availability for the public at reasonable prices throughout the year.

RUDA Sabzi Mandi Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Pakistanis (local and overseas) with valid CNIC, NICOP, or POC.
- Special discounts available for Badami Bagh license holders (prior to 2018).
RUDA Sabzi Mandi Application Process
- Application fee: PKR 2,000 (non-refundable).
- Required documents: CNIC, license details, and business registration.
- Payments must be made via demand draft or pay order in favor of “Ravi Urban Development Authority.” NTN No. 9022047-6.
- The application processing fee applies to one plot in each category.
- Application Deadline: January 30, 2025.
Terms and Conditions
- Non-refundable down payment due within 15 days of application.
- Development costs calculated separately and payable at possession.
- Fair ballot for plot allocation if applications exceed availability.
- A 10% annual surcharge will apply for delayed payments.
- Plot transfer allowed only after clearing all dues and taxes.
