The first and largest riverfront urban development metropolis in Pakistan is intended to be constructed by the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), spanning 46 kilometers. Within the project, “Ravi City” will incorporate three tehsils from Lahore, namely Tehsil Shalimar City, Tehsil City, and Raiwand, as well as Tehsil Ferozwala from Sheikhupura District. Specific Mouzas (land parcels) involved in this project have been distinctly identified, enabling landowners to verify if their property falls under RUDA’s jurisdiction.
However, it is strongly advised that landowners first consult RUDA’s Land Department, located in Garden Town, by presenting their land Fard (ownership document) to obtain accurate details about their property status within the RUDA zone.
